On the sidelines of the 7th Eastern Economic Forum, cooperation agreements were signed between the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Jewish Autonomous Region, as well as with the administration of the Zabaykalsky Krai and the administration of the city of Chita on the reconstruction and construction of a new outdoor lighting system in Birobidzhan and Chita as part of the Far Eastern Concession program.
“The Far Eastern Concession program will make it possible to modernize urban lighting systems, illuminate streets and courtyards, make them comfortable and safe for residents of these cities,” said Alexei Chekunkov, head of the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Far East.
