Digital film assets are becoming a tool for financing the creative economy of the Far East

The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has launched a second digital financial asset (DFA) for investment in the creative economy – "Yakut Digital Cinema Asset 2." The funds raised will be used to complete production and promote the full-length feature film "Sana Bootur," a Yakut fairytale fantasy comedy based on the Olonkho epic.

The issuer is “Reengineering Technologies of Investment”, which previously issued digital financial assets to finance another Yakut film project, "My Taiga Vacations," which was successfully repaid. This new issue continues the company's systematic efforts to introduce fintech tools into the creative industries of the Far East, implemented jointly with the “Tokeon” platform, the Innovation Development Fund of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The nominal value of each digital asset is 500 rubles, with a total funded volume of up to 10 million rubles. The instrument provides for quarterly income payments at a rate of 20% per annum and full repayment of the nominal value on May 31, 2027. The Innovation Development Fund of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) serves as the guarantor.
