The "Arctic Coast" microdistrict is a modern living space that will appear in the Pervomaysky administrative district of Murmansk. Almost 4 thousand apartments will be built here, where more than 7 thousand people will be able to live comfortably. The project, implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), provides everything necessary for families: two kindergartens, a school, shops and recreation areas, green parks and cozy courtyards without cars.
