A shopping and entertainment complex in Nakhodka was opened by a resident of FPV
The “City Center” company, a resident of the free port of Vladivostok (FPV), has commissioned an entertainment complex in Nakhodka (Primorsky Region). The total area of the complex is about 1400 sq. meters. The volume of investment in the project amounted to about 49 million rubles. This is almost double the obligations provided for in the company’s agreement with JSC FEDC.
“In addition to the construction of the entertainment complex, funds were spent on landscaping the territory. We identified recreation areas, provided technical, planning and structural devices, various types of equipment and small architectural forms. This will help our tenants attract buyers. With the beginning of spring, we will start landscaping and plant decorative trees,” said Alexander Kanaev, director of “City Center” LLC.
