"Transbaikalia" ASEZ was expanded for gold mining and modernization of the concrete goods plant

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on expanding the boundaries of the “Transbaikalia” Advanced Development Territory. On land plots with a total area of 385.1 hectares, from 2023 to 2032, the “Zoloto Vostoka” company is implementing a project to involve the Pogromnoye deposit in the Shilkinsky district of the Trans-Baikal Territory in the secondary processing of gold-bearing ores.

In the village of Antipikha near Chita, a comprehensive modernization of the plant of reinforced concrete products will be carried out in 2023 by the “Spetstechnika” company. For this, the preferential treatment of the ASEZ was extended to the territory of 10.2 hectares.

In 2024, Nord Management Company will launch a roadside service station with related infrastructure on a 0.14-hectare site.

The total estimated volume of capital investments during the period of investors' activity in the "Transbaikalia" ASEZ under agreements with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic will exceed 1 billion rubles, it is planned to create 230 jobs.
