“Amurskaya” ASEZ offers investors tax breaks, available land plots, and infrastructure in Belogorsk

Irina Volkova, Director of the “Amur Regional Development Corporation” (a subsidiary of the “Far East and Arctic Development Corporation”), and Stanislav Melyukov, Chairman of the Amur Region Council of Municipalities Association and Head of Belogorsk, discussed the implementation of projects by residents of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ in Belogorsk, the development and infrastructure support of investment sites, and the attraction of new investors.

The “Amurskaya” ASEZ has been operating in Belogorsk since 2015, creating favorable conditions for doing business with government support. Key advantages attracting investors include tax breaks and administrative preferences; comprehensive support from the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation; location in relative proximity to the regional capital, Blagoveshchensk, and the state border with China; transport accessibility – developed rail infrastructure and access to the federal highway; available land within the ASEZ area; and the possibility of technological connection to the power grid.

Among the Belogorsk residents, I'd like to highlight two companies implementing large-scale investment projects in agricultural processing. The “Amursky Extraction Plant” (part of the “Amuragrocenter” group of companies) has completed two investment projects: a deep soybean processing plant with a capacity of 425,000 tons per year and a modular feed production facility with a capacity of 96,000 tons per year. The project created 806 jobs, and the company is actively involved in social projects in the fields of education and sports in the Amur Region.

"Dalagroterminal” (part of the “Sodruzhestvo” Group) is building the largest oil extraction plant and associated infrastructure in the Far East. The plant will have a processing capacity of 1 million tons of soybeans per year. The project is in the active construction phase and, by the time it opens, will create over 600 jobs in Belogorsk," Irina Volkova, Director of the FEDC “Amurskaya”, emphasized during the working meeting.

Irina Volkova and Stanislav Melyukov noted that the development of the hotel industry and tourism is currently a high priority for projects in the ““Amurskaya”” ASEZ. The city administration and the FEDC “Amurskaya” are ready to assist new investors in selecting the necessary land plots for such projects.
