From September 23 to 28, Primorye hosted the first large-scale brass band festival, "Pacific Marches," with organizers estimating that over 50,000 spectators attended. Concerts were held in four cities across the region: Nakhodka, Ussuriysk, Artyom, and Vladivostok. The festival commemorated the 80th anniversary of the Victory over militarist Japan and the end of World War II.

The main event was a five-hour gala concert in Vladivostok on September 27 in the city's Central Square, attracting over 10,000 spectators. It featured eight orchestras and over 300 musicians.
