The boundaries of the territory of advanced development of the Khabarovsk region will change

The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic proposed to merge three ASEZs – «Khabarovsk», «Komsomolsk» and «Nikolaevsk» into one priority development area and expand the boundaries of the «Khabarovsk» ASEZ for a new investment project - the industrial park "Vector". The initiative of the FEDC was supported by the members of Supervisory Boards of the Advanced Development Territories of the Khabarovsk region.

“The merger of the three Khabarovsk ASEZs will make it possible to promptly resolve issues related to the construction of infrastructure facilities, ensure the effective use of funds for their creation, make faster decisions on reimbursement of costs to residents for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure facilities”, - explained Irina Serova, Director of the FEDC “Khabarovsk”.

According to the FEDC, currently, within the framework of agreements on investment activities in three ASEZs of the Khabarovsk region, 88 residents are implementing projects totaling 202.4 billion rubles. Of these, 76.1 billion rubles, or 38% of the total volume of declared investments, were actually invested, 5,629 people were employed at new enterprises - 51% of the jobs planned for creation. 35 projects have already been successfully implemented and are operating.
