“Sakhalin Tennis Academy” (“SAT” LLC) has received resident status in the “Sakhalin” ASEZ to implement a project to build a modern multifunctional tennis club. The new sports complex is scheduled to open in 2028. The total investment in the project, under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, is 348.6 million rubles.
The project aims to create in the region a year-round center for tennis and related sports for both amateurs and professionals. The complex, with a total area of approximately 9,000 square meters, will include five indoor courts, five outdoor courts with floodlights, a weight room, fitness rooms, a multi-purpose CrossFit gym, a café, and a children's play area.
