The growth rate of housing construction in the Far East is ahead of the national average

The preferential mortgage lending program operating in the Far East stimulates housing construction. This year, the volume of housing commissioning in the Far Eastern Federal District is 5-7% ahead of the Russian average. The increase in housing commissioning volumes is holding back price growth; the rate of price growth in the Far East is 30% lower than the national average. Maria Perova, Director of the Department for the Development of Priority Territories of the Far East and the Arctic of the Russian Ministry of Eastern Development, announced this during the online conference “Development of housing construction in the Far Eastern Federal District.”
