A theme amusement park with a resort and hotel complex on Russky Island will be built by a new resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ
On the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) entered into a binding agreement with the “Vostok Park Resorts” company (owned by the Mantera Group of Companies, which manages large tourism assets, including the Krasnaya Polyana resort) on the construction of a theme park with a resort -a hotel complex on the territory of Russky Island.
The concept of the theme park presumes all-season operation. It includes a hotel and administrative complex, an agro-food park, a family entertainment center and the theme park itself with attractions that will be designed in accordance with the climatic conditions of Vladivostok - 70% of the attractions will be located under the roof and only 30% in the open air.
The volume of declared investments under the agreement with the FEDC will amount to 26.8 billion rubles; the launch of the project will make it possible to employ more than 1.2 thousand local residents.
