Townhouses for Primorye inhabitants were built by a resident of the Free Port
In the city of Ussuriysk, Primorsky Region, SZ “Atlant”, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), put into operation nine townhouses with separates territories and parking lots. Residents of the region purchased nine two-level apartments with a total area of 1237 sq. m under the “Far Eastern Mortgage” program. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the resident invested 32.2 million rubles in the development project.
In total, residents of the ASEZ and FPV in
Primorsky Region are implementing 662 projects in the field of construction and
development, of which 104 have already been put into operation. “The actual
investments of residents working in the development and construction industry
amounted to 110.5 billion rubles, 9.6 thousand jobs were created,”- said Sergey
Skaliy, Deputy General Director of the FEDC for support of investment projects.
