Over 1.2 billion rubles will be invested in the construction of modern warehouse complexes for agricultural producers in the Amur Region

On the sidelines of the Russian-Chinese economic forum "AmurExpo-2023", which was held in Blagoveshchensk, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (KRDV) signed a cooperation agreement with “Monolit-Stroy Amur” company. The potential investor intends to build warehouse complexes with a total area of about 50,000 sq. m. in the "Amurskaya" ASEZ for storage and processing of agricultural products of Amur farmers.The volume of planned investments in the project will exceed 1.2 billion rubles. The launch of the new enterprise, where 100 jobs will be created, is scheduled for 2025.
