The organizers of the professional retraining program for school management teams "Tsiolkovsky 2030" announce the start of recruitment for the second round of the project. The initiative, implemented by the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University (BSPU) and the National Research University Higher School of Economics with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), will once again unite teams of heads of educational institutions and teachers from all over the Far Eastern Federal District.
The Tsiolkovsky 2030 program is aimed at forming a personnel reserve for school education, developing management competencies and creating practical solutions that improve the quality of education in the region. In 2024, 27 teams from five Far Eastern Federal District subjects began training under the program. Over four months, the participants not only mastered the educational modules, but also developed their own projects that responded to the key challenges of the region: personnel needs, early career guidance for young people, and improving the quality of school education. Two teams from the cities of Tsiolkovsky and Komsomolsk-on-Amur received grants of 300 thousand rubles each to implement their initiatives.
