The development of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ was discussed at a meeting of the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board approved the long-term development plan for the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. The plan defines the main stages of increasing the efficiency of the preferential regime, attracting investors and implementing projects for further socio-economic growth of the Khabarovsk Region.
Members of the Supervisory Board noted the overall positive dynamics of development of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ: since 2015, the number of concluded agreements has increased by 11.2 times, and the volume of investments has increased by more than 137.2 times. Investment activities are carried out by 101 residents, the volume of investments in the region’s economy amounted to 178.3 billion rubles. The number of jobs created increased by 81.5 times, about 6.6 thousand residents of the region got jobs at enterprises of residents of the ASEZ.
The area of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ, integrated in 2023, is 617 thousand hectares. There are 36 investment sites in this territory, including six complex sites, which are provided with gas, water supply, heat supply, electricity and sewerage. These are the sites “Rakitnoye”, “Avangard”, “Parus”, “Baikal”, “Holdomi” and “Amurlitmash”. About 16.3 billion rubles were allocated for the creation of infrastructure, of which more than 13.4 billion rubles came from the federal budget and 2.8 billion rubles from the regional budget. The “Severnaya” site within the city of Khabarovsk and the Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island as part of the joint Russian-Chinese transboundary zone project were identified as new promising sites.
