The “VOIN” Center is launching a large-scale summer recreation campaign

From May to September, military-patriotic camps called "Time of Young Heroes" will be held in 20 regions across the country, from the Belgorod Region to Kamchatka. They will be organized at children's health camps and national children's centers.

“This year, the “VOIN” Center launched 14 educational programs as part of the "Time of Young Heroes" summer military-patriotic camps. All of them are designed to provide teenagers with tactical and firearms training, first aid and tactical medicine, FPV drone piloting, and sniping. The programs are divided by specialization and level of difficulty. This is designed to ensure that everyone finds something interesting, based on their skills and needs. I am confident that everyone who participates in the patriotic shift will learn something new, test their strength, and become stronger. And with every stronger teenager, our homeland becomes stronger," said Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the “VOIN” Center.

For reference:

The "VOIN" Center was established by order of the President of the Russian Federation on December 1, 2022. Its mission is to train a new generation of patriots who love their homeland and know how to defend it.

Since its inception, approximately 140,000 cadets have completed training at the Center, including more than 58,000 in 2025.
