A school for 1,100 students will be built in Korsakov under the “Far Eastern Quarter” program as part of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk agglomeration master plan

“Samolet” Group has completed the design and received a positive state expert opinion for the construction of a school in Korsakov, Sakhalin Region. The "Heart of Sakhalin" project is being implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), signed in 2023 at the Eastern Economic Forum. Investment exceeds 65.8 billion rubles. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in 2026.

The property will be part of the large-scale residential project "Heart of Sakhalin," implemented under the federal program "Far Eastern Quarter" and the master plan for the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk agglomeration within the preferential regime of the “Sakhalin” ASEZ. Thanks to its resident status, the investor received land, tax and administrative benefits, and full project support from the Far Eastern Development Corporation and the regional team throughout all stages of implementation.

The "Heart of Sakhalin" residential complex is creating a new, well-appointed neighborhood in Korsakov, boasting modern housing, jobs, and developed infrastructure. In addition to the new school, the project will also include five kindergartens with a capacity of 250 to 350 children and another school with a capacity of 825 children.
