S7 Airlines is launching new routes from Khabarovsk to cities of Siberia and Far East

The borders of advanced special economic zones (ASEZ) Priamurskaya and Kamchatka will be expanded. The relevant resolutions were signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

This decision will provide necessary conditions for launching the Far Eastern Residential District Program in the Amur Region and Kamchatka.

The ASEZ area will include land plots located in Blagoveshchensk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. New residential districts will be built here.

For example, Blagoveshchensk will home a large residential district covering over 96 hectares. Its construction will take place from 2022 to 2030. The total amount of investments in the construction will be at least RUB 48.4 billion. The final technical and economic parameters of the project will be established after the selection of developer company through a tender procedure.

In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a 16 hectare land plot is allocated for the construction of a residential district. The amount of investments is expected to be at least RUB 9.5 billion. The construction period will be from 2022 to 2026. The developer who will determine the final parameters of the project will also be selected through a tender.

The construction of the Far Eastern Residential Districts in the Amur Region and Kamchatka will be an example of building up-to-date and comfortable urban environment, making high-quality housing available for residents of those cities.

The Far Eastern Residential District Program began in 2021. It was designed to support the projects of integrated housing development in the cities of the Far East.
