From May 21 to 24, the final part of selection for cadets for the 5th round of training under the “Muravyov-Amursky 2030” program will be held in Vladivostok at the Far Eastern Federal University

To select cadets, an effective assessment system was created. This system includes testing to confirm competency levels, in-person meetings to deeply understand candidates' potential, a comprehensive assessment of readiness to work in the macro-region, and testing of the ability to act in non-standard situations.

The “Muravyov-Amursky 2030” program is being implemented by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East jointly with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and is aimed at training highly qualified specialists for effective work in public administration and the socio-economic development of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The project is being implemented with the support and active supervision of Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District.

The fifth round of the program was the largest in terms of number of participants: the competition reached 160 candidates per place from all regions of the Russian Federation.
