A new resident of the priority development territory (ASEZ) “Primorye”, the company “LUNMEI International Educational Center” will build an international Russian-Chinese educational center in the suburbs of Vladivostok. The center will house hotel buildings, an exhibition and business center, a sports complex, and a restaurant. The project will be implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) in three stages. It is planned to be put into operation at the end of 2028. Foreign investment will amount to 5 billion rubles. The international educational center will be located on the territory of the village De Vries and will occupy 15.6 hectares, of which 2 hectares will be allocated for the improvement of a forested area with pedestrian paths, pavilions, sculptures and fountains. The complex is designed for training and accommodation of 2,000 people.
