The Russian-Chinese agro-industrial park will become a pilot project of the International Territory of Advanced Development.
A working meeting on the creation of a Russian-Chinese agro-industrial park within the International Advanced Development Area (IADA) was held in Primorsky Region. The Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the Primorsky Region Government, and representatives of the interested Chinese company participated in the project discussion.
"The meeting with the Primorsky Region Government and Chinese partners was devoted to discussing the creation of Russia's first International Advanced Development Area. A month ago, in Beijing, we agreed with interested Chinese companies to visit and inspect the site for the Russian-Chinese agro-industrial park in Primorye. On site, we discussed the provision of utility infrastructure, the location of the facilities, the master plan, and outlined a work schedule and the necessary government support measures," said Vitaly Altabaev, Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East.
