The forum is held by ANO "Creative Economy" together with the Ministry for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. The project is implemented with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
The events will be held at the “Ocean” cinema, which will become the center of attraction for the forum and its business program. In addition, special projects and a cultural part will be held at other locations in the city. The organizers are planning a large-scale event that will bring together creative businesses from both the regional and federal levels. It is expected that more than 200 speakers, entrepreneurs, official representatives from 11 subjects of the macro region, foreign delegations, representatives of development institutions and educational institutions will take part in the forum.
