The results of the work and development prospects of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ were discussed at a meeting of the Supervisory Board

At a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ, chaired by Amur Region Governor Vasily Orlov and attended by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the results of the preferential regime in 2025 were presented, the implementation of the long-term development plan and projects of ASEZ residents were reviewed, and the current status of infrastructure development at the “Rovnoye” site was discussed.

"The Amur Region's economic growth rate exceeds the Russian average. Since 2020, its GRP has doubled to 1 trillion rubles. Last year, the region ranked first in the Far Eastern Federal District for attracting investment. We expect to be among the leaders again this year. A total of three trillion rubles have been invested in the region over the past five years. These figures were achieved thanks to the region's special economic zone and the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East. An additional stimulus for growth will be the launch of the preferential IADA regime in 2026, initiated by the President of Russia. In the Amur Region, the “Rovnoye” site, near Blagoveshchensk and the border with China, is being developed. This regime will enhance the region's investment attractiveness and provide a new impetus to economic development," said Vasily Orlov.
