"Atoll" and "SK ENERGOZHILSTROY-MKR", residents of the "Zabaikalye" ASEZ, are creating modern courtyard spaces as part of integrated residential development projects. In the "Khoroshy" micro district, work is underway to create a multifunctional park with recreation and sports areas. In the "Romanovsky" micro district, the first courtyard park has been built with various recreational facilities for residents: slides, trampolines, table tennis tables, a telephone, sports areas, and recreation areas with lounge chairs. These investment projects are being implemented under agreements with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).
"Creating modern residential infrastructure is one of the areas of focus for residents of the “Zabaikalye” ASEZ. They are currently implementing over 10 construction and development projects, including housing construction under the “Far Eastern Quarter” program and the integrated development of the “Khoroshy”, “Solnechny Gorod”, “Romanovsky”, and “Mechtateli” micro districts. To date, residents have commissioned over 94,000 square meters of housing. When new playgrounds appear in courtyards and schools and kindergartens are within walking distance, it changes people's lives for the better. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation provides comprehensive support for projects aimed at the socioeconomic development of the region. State support mechanisms, including tax incentives and administrative preferences, enable projects to be successfully implemented within the planned timeframe," commented Dina Arkhipenko, Director of the FEDC “Zabaikalye”.
