Residents of the FPV have become key contractors in creating a comfortable urban environment in Vladivostok and Primorsky Region

Residents of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), “Technoneo” LLC and “Architectural Bureau 88” LLC (AB 88), collaborate to develop a full cycle of urban development: from architectural concepts and landscape design to the installation of high-quality concrete surfaces, asphalt paving, and paving. This integrated approach allows companies to act as key contractors for other residents of the Free Port of Vladivostok and the “Primorye” ASEZ, as well as for municipal and private projects, contributing to the creation of a comfortable urban environment in the capital of the Far East and throughout Primorsky Region. Under agreements with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), investors have invested approximately 130 million rubles in projects and created approximately 180 jobs. The average monthly salary at these enterprises is 200,000 rubles.

“AB 88” develops landscaping concepts for territories and public spaces, conducts engineering surveys, and provides architectural supervision. “Technoneo” implements these solutions "in the material" – performing a range of landscaping works: asphalt paving, paving, concrete pavement, installation of curbs, and hardscape.

“Technoneo” plans to build its own asphalt plant in Vladivostok. The project is being implemented as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok, taking advantage of a wide range of government support instruments.
