This means that the technology can be developed and the product's quality confirmed immediately in a single building: samples don't have to be shipped across the country, and the cycle doesn't take months. This is precisely why the pilot site was created—to provide the resident with ready-made working conditions and begin work immediately, while the main infrastructure is being built.
