A resident of the Yuzhnaya ASEZ received permission to build the first stage of the Far Eastern Quarter on Sakhalin

The Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic issued a permit to the resident of the “Yuzhnaya” ASEZ, the company “Specialized developer “Project-Strana-3” (owned by the development group “Samolet”) for the construction of the first stage of the “Far Eastern Quarter” in Korsakov city on Sakhalin. The total construction area will be almost half a million square meters, the volume of investment in the project will be 65.8 billion rubles. It is planned to commission a residential area with social facilities, retail space and all the necessary infrastructure by 2046. About 90% of the housing will be transferred to the city administration for social needs. According to the first stage plan, four houses with more than 360 apartments with a total area of about 19 thousand square meters will be built. The Far Eastern Quarter will also have six kindergartens, two schools, retail and residential service facilities, multi-level parking, sports and children's playgrounds. A network of bicycle paths and walking pedestrian zones will be built. New neighborhoods will be landscaped according to modern standards.
