A resident of the “Yakutia” ASEZ opened an ethnocultural tourist complex on the banks of the Lena River

“SakhaTour”, a resident of the “Yakutia” ASEZ, has completed the first phase of a project to create a year-round tourist complex in the village of Staraya Tabaga in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Two guest houses in the style of a coachman's station have been built. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 30.2 million rubles have been invested, creating 12 jobs.

The tourist complex is located in a picturesque area on the banks of the Lena River, 23 km from Yakutsk. The 60-square-meter guest houses are constructed of logs and timber and feature all amenities, including independent heating. The design, reminiscent of a coachman's station, is intended to enhance the ethnocultural atmosphere and attract tourists interested in the history and traditions of the region.

"We strive not just to create a place for relaxation, but to revive the spirit of a historic route—the coachman's station—that once connected the remote corners of Yakutia. This project is our contribution to the development of domestic tourism and the preservation of the region's cultural heritage. We are confident that the unique atmosphere and comfort will attract guests not only from Yakutia but from all over Russia," noted Natalia Khramtsova, Director of “SakhaTour” LLC.
