A resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ began production of polymer pipes with a diameter of 1200 mm

The “Primorsky Polymer Pipe Plant” company (part of the “POLIPLASTIC” Group) commissioned a line for the production of plain pipes with a diameter of up to 1200 mm as part of the construction of the first stage of the enterprise, which will be launched before the end of 2023. The investment project is being implemented in the priority development territory (ASEZ) “Primorye” under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). “By the end of this year the first phase of construction of the plant will be completed. Four lines will produce pipes with diameters from 20 to 1200 mm. The total production volume at the initial stage will be more than 7,000 tons per year,” said Yaroslav Zhivikin, general director of the “Primorsky Polymer Pipe Plant”. Under an agreement with the FEDC, 1.5 billion rubles will be invested in two stages into the project to create the “Primorsky Polymer Pipe Plant”. After the implementation of the second stage, the territory of the plant will be about 10 hectares, and more than 180 new jobs will be created. It is expected that the planned production volume of polymer pipe products by 2027 will be 24,000 tons per year.
