Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing 366 million rubles, creating 15 jobs. The project is being implemented on the land plot of the “De-Friz” site of the “Primorye” ASEZ.
“In Primorsky Region, residents of the ASEZ and FPV are implementing 440 social projects, some of which are aimed at creating sports and recreation facilities. In September 2024, the only curling center in the Far East was opened in Vladivostok as part of the city's master plan, supported by the Free Port of Vladivostok's preferential regime. In 2025, a children's ski school with its own training slopes and ski lifts opened in Vladivostok. With the support of the FEDC, projects to build a training complex with an ice rink, a rehabilitation complex, and fitness centers are also ongoing," noted Alexey Dunayev, Director of the FEDC “Primorye”.
