“Primorye” House-Building Plant (part of the “DNS Development” group of companies), a resident of the “Nadezhdinskaya” ASEZ, began supplying wall panels with a finished facade for the construction of facilities in the “Bosphorus Park” residential area in the Patrokl microdistrict. The project for the integrated construction of comfortable housing includes 19 residential buildings with shops, cafes, and a developed internal infrastructure. The development project is being implemented by “SZ PIK-Primorye”, as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV).
The plant produces a complete set of reinforced concrete products required for the construction of modern residential complexes and commercial premises: external three-layer and internal single-layer wall panels, hollow-core floor slabs, columns, crossbars, piles, flights of stairs, etc.
