Resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ has begun production of modular buildings for the climatic conditions of the Far East and the Far North

The company "Reliable Energy Solutions East" in the status of a resident of the "Khabarovsk" ASEZ has launched the production of block-modular and prefabricated buildings, all-welded containers for various purposes. Production will begin in the second quarter of 2025. Buildings and structures will be equipped with the necessary life support systems and technological equipment, considering industry requirements and the peculiarities of the climatic zones of the Far East and the Far North. The production capacity will be from 1800 square meters of buildings during the first year. According to the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor invests over 40 million rubles at the start and creates 56 jobs. "The project is aimed at meeting the needs of enterprises in the Far East and Far North regions for high-quality and energy-efficient construction solutions adapted to the harsh climatic conditions of the regions. Each building is manufactured considering the individual requirements of the customer, which makes the products unique and in demand in various industries - energy, mining, road and rail, agriculture and others. The technology of modular building construction allows to significantly reduce the time and costs of construction of objects in comparison with capital construction. Their installation does not require obtaining special permits, which simplifies the process of commissioning. In addition, our company has a valid license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, all our products are certified and have the necessary permits, which allows us to carry out a range of works on equipping modular buildings on a turnkey basis. The status of a resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ gives us the opportunity to implement the project in the optimal time frame and launch production already in the second quarter of 2025," said Dmitry Zakhvatov, General Director of “Reliable Energy Solutions East” LLC.
