A resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ has increased strawberry production by 2.5 times in three years

JGC “Evergreen” harvested over 2.4 tons of strawberries in 2025. The “Evergreen” greenhouse complex, developed by a resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ, is demonstrating steady growth in its strawberry yield. In 2023, 979 kg were harvested, in 2024 – 1,422 kg, and by the end of 2025, the volume reached 2,451 kg. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the company has created 128 jobs, and investment volume has exceeded 1 billion rubles.

JGC “Evergreen” has been implementing the “Evergreen” project, a modern greenhouse complex for growing vegetables, in the “Avangard” Industrial Park since 2015. Since then, two phases of fourth-generation greenhouses, covering a total area of approximately 5 hectares, have been commissioned. Being a resident of the ASEZ has allowed the investor to significantly reduce construction and tax costs, reinvesting the savings into development. Evergreen is the only complex in the Khabarovsk region that grows tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, 15 varieties of greens, and strawberries year-round. All produce is sold under its own brand, “Novy Den” (“New day”).
