The company “SZ Sanatornaya” built a 5-section 10-storey residential building in Vladivostok with a total area of 14.6 thousand square meters under an investment agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. As part of the project, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) also landscaped the adjacent territory and created the necessary infrastructure, including parking lots, children's and sports grounds.
