The cheese factory in the Nadezhdinskaya ASEZ is a family project of Alexander and Yana Isakov. The investment project was implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). Under an agreement with the Corporation, the company received a lease of a land plot with an area of 3.8 thousand square meters. On this area, the investor built a production workshop and a special storage facility with the necessary humidity and temperature conditions. With the assistance of the FEDC, the enterprise was provided with electricity and water supply. To provide the cheese factory with high-quality milk, the Isakovs built their own farm, and to study the fine points of production they were trained in Italy, from where they returned with professional certificates, Italian recipes for various types of cheeses and knowledge of the technological processes of their production.
