The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic and «Cosmos Hotel Baikal» signed a cooperation agreement to implement a new investment project in the hotel business in the Republic of Buryatia.
The volume of investments will be about 11
billion rubles. Construction involves three stages. First, a hotel with 100
rooms, 14 duplexes and 12 cottages will be built, then a geothermal spa, a
congress center and houses with lounge areas and related recreational
infrastructure. The third stage suppose the construction of glampings, an
additional 20 duplexes and 25 cottages, as well as 4 bath complexes.
