Investors are constructing housing and social infrastructure, manufacturing finished construction products, and also building commercial properties. The “Kovcheg” company has launched a ready-made site for small businesses. City entrepreneurs can lease premises with utilities, parking, and access roads. Furthermore, the new administrative building will house service providers, meaning the project directly contributes to improving the quality of life for residents and creating a comfortable environment in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky," commented Sergey Moskalov, Director of the FEDC “Kamchatka”.
