The total floor area of the building is 180.9 square meters. The house is constructed using mixed construction techniques—a brick ground floor and a wooden second floor. The restoration project includes restoring the facades, recreating lost decorative elements, reinforcing the building structures, updating utility lines, and adapting the interiors for exhibition and club functions while adhering to all conservation obligations. Permits have been obtained, and restoration plans have been approved by heritage conservation authorities. The building is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
