A FPV resident created a service for sending frozen fish from the Far East to the West of Russia and delivering meat, cheese and baby food to the Far Eastern Federal District

The “RefAlliance” company, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), is actively developing a service for sending frozen fish products from the Far East to the western regions of the country by rail. On the way back, containers are used for the transportation of refrigerated cargo: meat and dairy products, baby food. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, “RefAlliance” invested about 300 million rubles in the project, the funds were used to purchase 200 new refrigerated containers and 7 diesel generator containers. The enterprise created 155 jobs. “Since the beginning of work, 5531 containers with a total cargo weight of 149 thousand tons have been sent to the Moscow Region. This is salmon, pollock, herring. Containers returned to the Far East are loaded with products that also require temperature control - these are meat, cheese and other dairy products, baby food. In total, 123,000 tons of these goods have been delivered to the Far East since the start of work,” said Aleksey Zlatkin, CEO of “RefAlliance”.
