An FPV resident is creating the first mobile diesel fuel delivery service in Vladivostok

“DIZART” company has received resident status at the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) to create the city's first mobile diesel fuel delivery service using mobile filling stations (MFS) and its own IT infrastructure. The company's clients will include both businesses and private car owners. The total investment in the project, under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), is 11 million rubles, creating 13 jobs. The project is scheduled to begin operations in the second quarter of 2026.

"The project will offer the city a completely new service, which will be in demand by both corporate clients and individuals. A fleet of mobile fueling stations will be equipped with certified fuel-dispensing equipment. In addition, we are developing our own IT infrastructure, which will include a mobile app and chatbot, as well as creating a logistics operating model for the last-mile delivery of petroleum products. Our status as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok and the support of the FEDC were key factors in allowing us to launch the project and expect its implementation within a short timeframe," said the head of “DIZART”.
