The second phase includes a cottage community of 54 houses of two types. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2026. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 1 billion rubles have been invested in the project, creating 17 of the planned 56 jobs.
In Primorsky Region, residents of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) are implementing 117 tourism and recreation projects, including hotel complexes, tourist lodges, and active recreation facilities. The free customs zone (FCZ) procedure is being expanded, allowing for the optimization of import duties and VAT on foreign equipment. “Teploe More” Aquapark has opened a FCZ for the construction of facilities within the second phase of its investment project. This support measure is in steady demand among tourism and industrial projects. To use the mechanism, you must become a resident of the customs control zone (CCZ). The CCZ procedure is available to all residents of the Far Eastern and Arctic preferential regimes (ASEZ, FPV, and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation), commented Alexey Dunayev, Director of the FEDC “Primorye”.
