An FPV resident will build a new multifunctional complex in Vladivostok with an area of over 205 thousand square meters

“Arsenal”, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) special economic zone, is implementing a project to build a multifunctional complex in Vladivostok. The complex will include a shopping and entertainment complex, a business center, and apartments. The project is scheduled for completion in 2033. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing over 13.5 billion rubles, creating 250 jobs.

The building's total floor area will be over 205,000 square meters. The complex will house a modern hypermarket, a fitness center, a movie theater, and other national and regional retailers. The surrounding area will be landscaped, and parking will cover 90,500 square meters.

The investor has experience in developing retail properties. The “Kalina Mall” shopping and entertainment center opened in 2019. This investment project, valued at over 3 billion rubles, was implemented using tax incentives and preferences under the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) regime under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation. This is the first trade and exhibition center in the Far East designed to accommodate over 30,000 visitors per day. The facility is located in Vladivostok, along the coastline, overlooking “Zolotoy Rog” Bay.
