An FPV resident will build a sports and rehabilitation complex at the curling center in Vladivostok in 2027

The company "KÖRLING-CENTER" has received resident status at the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) to implement a sports and rehabilitation complex with a hotel. The project aims to create conditions for the comprehensive rehabilitation of athletes, participants in special military operations, as well as tourists and local residents. The complex is being built as part of the city's master plan. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 553.5 million rubles will be invested in the project.

"The “Ice House” Curling Center was built using the FPV's preferential tax regime. This experience clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of the preferential regime for the development of socially significant sports facilities. Tax incentives and other support measures allow us to focus resources on construction and development. We are confident that the sports and rehabilitation complex project will be successfully completed within the planned timeframe," said Marina Mikhailova, Director of “CURLING CENTER” LLC and President of the Primorsky Region Curling Federation.
