FPV resident to build glamping park on “hectares” at the foot of Mount Pidan in Primorye

Maxim Danilov, a participant in the “Hectare” program, is implementing an investment project to create a glamping park in a picturesque area of Primorsky Region near Mount Pidan. The tourist complex, which combines the region's unique nature and modern comfort, has received an additional impetus for development - at the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and an individual entrepreneur signed an agreement to assign the project the status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV). The total investment is 3.4 million rubles.

Initially, the entrepreneur already had a territory of 3.5 hectares, received under the regional program of investment sites for small and medium businesses. In addition to this land, Maxim and his family took two more plots under the “Hectare” program - with a total area of 1.4 hectares. "Thus, the territory for the implementation of the planned project reached five hectares. Here, there is a forest, a meadow, and proximity to Pidan - an ideal combination for creating a glamping site for a quiet holiday," says Maxim Danilov.

Obtaining free land under the “Hectare” program and the status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok became a serious help in the implementation of the project. "The regime of the Free Port of Vladivostok provides tax benefits - this is the first priority that will help us develop the new project. Also important are the opportunities to receive free land under the “Hectare” program and information support from the FEDC," notes Maxim Danilov. "With this project, we clearly demonstrate the possibilities of combining two state programs and our experience in building a comfortable tourist facility."
