An FPV resident opened a building structure production facility in Primorye with a capacity of over 9 million units per year

“MONTE”, an FPV resident, has opened a reinforced concrete production facility in Artem, Primorsky Region. The facility produces over 4 million wall and ventilation blocks, 1.2 million sidewalk and road curbs, and 180,000 square meters of concrete tiles annually. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 100 million rubles have been invested in the project, creating 34 jobs.

"Being a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok was a key factor for us in launching the plant. Thanks to the support of the FEDC, we were able to quickly complete all administrative procedures and focus on fine-tuning the production process. This will allow us to quickly reach our design capacity and supply the Primorye market with high-quality building materials at competitive prices. The plant's product range includes ready-made curbstones, paving stones, as well as wall, partition, and ventilation blocks. Our production capacity will be able to produce over 9 million reinforced concrete elements per year," said Karen Oganisyan, Director of “MONTE” LLC.
