A FPV resident opened 30 fast food outlets in Primorye

Individual entrepreneur Margarita Yakub, in the status of a resident of the free port of Vladivostok (FPV), implemented a project to create a fast food chain “Food and Tochka”: 28 outlets were opened in Vladivostok, another one each in Artyom and the Nadezhdinsky district. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor invested more than 50 million rubles, and over 150 jobs were created for local residents. Under agreements with the FEDC, more than 1.8 thousand FPV residents are implementing investment projects in the Primorsky Region, of which 445 have already been successfully put into operation. Business actually invested over 383 billion rubles in the region’s economy and created more than 41 thousand jobs. Since 2022, the minimum capital investment threshold for obtaining FPV resident status has been reduced 10 times - from 5 million to 500 thousand rubles.
