An FPV resident will open a longevity center in Primorye that combines digital technologies and natural resources

“Pride Business Group”, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), will build the “NovaRise” Longevity Center in the village of Surazhevka, Primorsky Region. The total construction area will be 13,800 square meters on a 32,800 square meter site. The center will offer comprehensive wellness programs integrating evidence-based medicine, digital technologies, and natural resources. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), more than 3 billion rubles will be invested in the project, creating 259 jobs, including highly skilled ones.

The longevity center will include a main and sports complex, administrative buildings, and a greenhouse. Patients will have access to comprehensive diagnostics, detox programs, treatment and prevention, psychotherapy, physical rehabilitation, spa treatments, fitness, nutritional support, cosmetology, plastic surgery, skin and hair care.

The center will have 214 rooms and offer programs lasting 10 days or more. The target audience includes patients recovering from injuries and surgeries, people with psychological support needs, corporate clients, professional athletes, and individuals pursuing a healthy lifestyle. The facility is scheduled to open in late 2027.
