The FPV resident will begin supplying stone countertops, window sills, and stairs to the Russian market in the spring of 2026

“Office 17” LLC has become a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) special economic zone with a project to create a high-tech, full-cycle production and trading complex for the processing of natural and artificial stone. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project will be invested in at 9.4 million rubles and create 29 jobs. The Vladivostok-based facility will begin production in the first quarter of 2026.

The product line will include countertops, window sills, steps, decorative panels, memorial plaques, and monuments. The company will offer a full range of services: from 3D design and engineering to cutting, engraving, polishing, and professional installation. The company's primary customers will be private clients, construction companies, and design firms throughout Russia.

"Being a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok was a key factor in our decision to implement the project. The preferential regime allows us to redirect the freed-up funds toward purchasing state-of-the-art equipment—CNC machines and engraving systems—which directly impacts the quality, precision, and competitiveness of our products in the Russian market," noted Ekaterina Penkova, CEO of Office 17 LLC.
