Within the framework of the Heat&Power International Exhibition in Moscow, a round table was held on the topic: “Reliable energy supply to remote territories of the Far North and the Arctic”. The event was organized by the Non-Commercial Partnership "National Agency for Energy Saving and Renewable Energy Sources", the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic and the Project Office for the Development of the Arctic.

The participants discussed the development of distributed generation based on the  modern technologies, including renewable energy sources; existing mechanisms and measures to attract investment; opportunities to improve the efficiency of energy and heat supply in hard-to-reach isolated areas.
