New hotel opens in Vladivostok resort district

At the beginning of summer, a new hotel opened in Lazurnaya Bay, a resort district near Vladivostok. Under an agreement with the Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, a Free Port Vladivostok resident invested 211 million rubles in this project. The five-storey building has 49 comfortable rooms and suites of different classes, including 3 designed for people with limited mobility.

According to the project manager, the development company’s status as a FPV resident has provided it with favorable financial conditions for conducting business. “The resident made good use of the available tax breaks and Free Customs Zone regime. As a result, Primorye now has a new hospitality facility offering high-quality leisure and holiday services to residents of the Far East,” said Natalia Kunitskaya, head of the Department for Cooperation with Residents at the ASEZ Primorye Management Company (a subsidiary of the FEDC).
